INTERMEDIATE JAVA DEVELOPER

Intermediate Java Developer
PERM – downtown Toronto


We are looking for a cool easy going developer who loves to get creative; this is a funky place to work....

You gotta love doing analysis and design AND programming, modeling and scripting.

You need to like doing technical documentation, and you will work with the other cool groups in our company like marketing and QA teams.

The fundamental part of the job is to provide front-end UI development support and provide back-end development to support high availability production solutions.

Are you up for this?

Here is what you need to be ready to do:

Work with a small, dynamic and fast-paced team to design and implement the presentation layer of the product
Collaborate with team members
Work closely with QA and IT towards successful implementation

You should have these.....
Computer Science or Engineering degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of Java experience, with an MVC framework such as Struts
2 + years of experience with /JQuery, HTML, CSS
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
Demonstrated experience in and knowledge of current and emerging Web-based technologies, including web servers, browsers and middle-ware
